TRU may record, photograph, video, document, or otherwise capture service visits, project conditions, work progress, before-and-after results, communications related to service quality, and similar operational material for legitimate business purposes. These purposes may include quality control, training, safety review, dispute resolution, internal documentation, workflow improvement, insurance support, customer service, and business operations.
Colorado generally recognizes one-party consent principles for certain recordings, but customer-facing notice and consent language should still be clear, especially when project media may be used beyond internal operations. By booking or receiving services, you consent to operational documentation of the project area and service activity to the extent permitted by law and reasonably necessary for business operations.
For public-facing promotional use — including website publication, social media, advertisements, YouTube, academy or training content, case studies, or branded marketing — TRU may request a separate media release or checkbox consent. Where such public-facing consent is obtained, TRU may edit, publish, distribute, reproduce, and reuse approved media. TRU states that it will blur identifying details such as faces, addresses, license plates, and similar personal identifiers to the best of its ability before public posting, but complete anonymization cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.
Customers are responsible for notifying TRU before service if any area, person, object, artwork, document, audio, or scene should not be captured. TRU may decline filming requests, accept limited filming, or restrict audio capture where appropriate.
